Cancelation & Return Policy

All questions regarding refunds and product support should be directed to returns@shift4university.com or calling 702.597.2480, option 3. Our policy varies depending on the services or products ordered:

e-Learning Courses

Full refund will be provided within 30 days of purchase and if cancellation is made by email or phone prior to accessing the e-learning course. Cancellations must be requested by emailing returns@shift4university.com or calling 702.597.2480, option 3.

Downloaded Software

Due to the nature of electronic media, it is our policy not to provide refunds for software downloaded from our website. Only in the event that the product did not work as indicated on our website, will we honor refunds requests. 

Books and Other Physical Items

Full refund will be provided within 30 days of purchase for new books, unopened CDs, DVDs, all textbooks, and prints in their original condition. You must include your packing slip and completed return form.

Changes to Cancelation & Return Policy

Shift4 Corporation reserves the absolute right to modify or remove content from this Cancelation & Return Policy at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes made to this policy, Shift4 Corporation will make the changes to this document located off the Shift4 University home page (www.shift4university.com) prior to implementing the change.
